Leadership Team

Henry Hernandez
President & CEO
Henry Hernandez is Inter-Con’s President and CEO. He leads the company’s overall strategy and operations, having previously overseen Inter-Con’s International Operations before assuming his current role. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Hernandez practiced law as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, advising on private equity and commercial real estate transactions, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School, and is a licensed attorney in both New York and California.

Brian Faulkner
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Faulkner is Inter-Con’s Chief Technology Officer. He oversees all technology solutions the company implements and delivers for clients across the United States. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Faulkner held a technology leadership role at Samsung, where he managed mobile commerce infrastructure as part of the company’s connected-device strategy. Before his corporate career, he served for ten years as a Major in the U.S. Army. Mr. Faulkner holds an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

David Oken
Chief People Officer
David Oken is Inter-Con’s Chief People Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition and retention strategy across the company’s global workforce. Mr. Oken joined Inter-Con in 2021 as Vice President of Corporate Talent and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility before being named to the Executive Leadership Team, a tenure that has coincided with one of the most significant growth periods in Inter-Con’s history. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Oken served as Director of Client Services at Vaco, a national talent solutions and recruiting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego and is a graduate of UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education program.

Richard Stack
Chief Operating Officer
Richard Stack is Inter-Con’s Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 29 years of experience in the security industry, having managed programs across all sectors for clients including the U.S. Government, state and local governments, Fortune 500 companies, and ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Stack served as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a B.S. in Management and Leadership.

Michael Xu
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Xu is Inter-Con’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for strengthening the company’s financial oversight and supporting its continued strategic growth. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Xu served as CFO at VXI Global Solutions, ResultsCX, and Foundever Americas, building a strong track record of financial leadership across large-scale service organizations. Mr. Xu holds a degree in Business Economics from UCLA and is a licensed CPA.

Kevin Hernandez
Chief Strategy Officer
Kevin Hernandez is Inter-Con’s Chief Strategy Officer. He oversees the company’s Pricing and Contract Administration functions. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Hernandez was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he specialized in the Private Equity and Aerospace & Defense practices. Mr. Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robert Ray
Chief Legal Officer
Robert Ray is Inter-Con’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He oversees the company’s Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management functions. Prior to joining Inter-Con, Mr. Ray held roles of increasing responsibility at Polaris, Inc. (NYSE: PII), including serving as General Counsel of its Transamerican Auto Parts Global Business Unit. Mr. Ray holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Natalie N. Griffiths
Chief Compliance Officer
Natalie N. Griffiths is Inter-Con’s Chief Compliance Officer. She oversees the company’s compliance and Human Resources compliance functions. Ms. Griffiths has held several roles of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure at Inter-Con. Prior to joining the company, she was an associate attorney in the employment law group at Jones Day. Ms. Griffiths holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
