Mobile Patrol
Inter-Con’s highly trained security guards can patrol designated areas on foot, by bike, or by car. These security guards maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity, enhance community safety, and manage traffic flow. Foot patrols are effective in densely populated areas, allowing guards to engage directly with the community, respond swiftly to incidents, and control pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Bike patrols offer a flexible and efficient way to cover larger areas quickly, whether on large corporate campuses, in metro transit areas, in retail centers or in densely populated cities. Car patrols provide extensive coverage and rapid response capabilities, ideal for larger facilities, parking enforcement, coverage of densely populated metro areas, or for clients with multiple locations, while also assisting with traffic control.
Concierge Security
Inter-Con’s concierge security program ensures every visitor or employee is welcomed and secure the moment they enter the building. Our concierge security guards are fully trained in both customer service as well as all relevant security and safety measures to deliver an optimal guest experience and management service. Our personnel undergo comprehensive training, covering wellness procedures, security threat detection, de-escalation, and response techniques, among other skills. While our offering is 100% tailored to our client’s unique needs, our concierge security guardsare available to perform the following responsibilities, and more, as needed:
- Greet and process all personnel and visitors, administering appropriate badge identification, and assisting when necessary.
- Answer all incoming calls, appropriately directing callers and logging voicemails.
- Report/monitor suspicious persons, calls, and/or events, in coordination with negotiated client contracts.
- Additional duties (i.e., parking validation, package tracking, security access/video monitoring), as required.
- Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts.
