Los Angeles, CA, July 14, 2023 – Following a public solicitation, Los Angeles
County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) has awarded Inter-Con a
seven-year Contract to provide Armed and Unarmed Security Officer Services to
its Southern Region. Under the new security program, Inter-Con will provide over
200 security professionals to secure LACTMA personnel, assets, infrastructure,
and riders. LACTMA is a public agency responsible for providing mass transit
services to more than 10 million people across 1,433 square miles in Los Angeles
County.
