Inter-Con carefully selects members of its leadership team. Our executives are leaders who have demonstrated years of success and have honed their expertise in their respective fields. This team of individuals from diverse sectors, cultures, experience, and markets steers each department of our organization to effectively implement our strategies and realize our goals.

Inter-Con's horizontal management structure is the driving factor behind our close relationships with our customers, our regional management and employees. Our leadership culture is based on working together to create success. This culture supports our leadership’s true and dedicated involvement in the many aspects our customers’ security programs. Our direct collaboration and communication with regional and project management enables our leadership team to proactively take action, resolve problems, mitigate risks, adapt to change, support innovation, and deliver high-level results to our customers.

Our executives participate in Inter-Con’s Leadership Development Program as part of their onboarding and continual training. This training encourages our leaders to act and think with the entire organization in mind—not just their own particular area of responsibility. They are coached on how to encourage collaboration to bridge the gaps between the levels of the organization; to leverage professional experiences to be more effective managers of people and processes; and to foster innovation that improves efficiencies and quality of service.
